Dropped min perl version from 5.8.4 to 5.6.0
Switched to Dist::Zilla
Integer constants now defined in a way that will be constant folded by the optimizer. Added simple new test t/scalar.t, which checks that string constants still work.
Reformatted this file as per CPAN::Changes::Spec
