Fix issue where tests were failing in Github Actions because the API key config file isn't saved between test script executions
When checking to see if we croak() if we can't write to the API key file, skip the test if on Windows

Dynamically update the IP address associated with a DNS A record on your GoDaddy domain

Provides Dynamic DNS functionality for your GoDaddy domains

To install Net::DynDNS::GoDaddy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::DynDNS::GoDaddy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::DynDNS::GoDaddy
