Fix tests so they pass, mostly by not overriding the default and just using https://api.hope.net/api/

Perl interface to the OpenAMD API

To install Net::OpenAMD, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::OpenAMD

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::OpenAMD
