added 2 examples and updatred POD concerning the reading of the environment in C using "getenv" and how to implement this to create dynamic C methods that respect %ENV.

Perl extension managing OpenMP variables in %ENV within a script.

To install OpenMP::Environment, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm OpenMP::Environment

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install OpenMP::Environment
