edited to use update Lingua::NegEx-0.05 output; also now doing s/\W//g; to words in sentences

Extract the presence or absence of a clinical condition from radiology reports.

To install Lingua::DxExtractor, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::DxExtractor

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::DxExtractor
