Changes for version 0.12 - 2016-05-24

[Removed] Remove bencher-all and bencher-all-under-lib, now that bencher can also save result to JSON file (--save-result), bencher-all* can be replaced with a single loop over bencher.
Enable utf8 output to avoid 'Wide character in print'.
Add CLI: list-bencher-scenario-modules.
[Bugfix] We should clean first, then encode to JSON.
