[ux] Allow displaying result as text table under Perinci::CmdLine::Lite, by converting tags to comma-separated string.
[ux] Change -V to -l (mnemonic: ls -l).

To install App::osnames, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm App::osnames

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install App::osnames
