[Bugfix] Avoid perl error "Can't use an undefined value as a subroutine reference" when there is no 'completion' argument passed to complete_cli_arg() (thanks Mary Ehlers).

Complete command-line argument using Getopt::Long specification

To install Complete::Getopt::Long, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Complete::Getopt::Long

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Complete::Getopt::Long
