Get CLI's function meta from dump result, which still works when Riap URL package is main.
Add prereq to Sah::Schema::* even though not from CLI.

Add prerequisites from Rinci metadata

To install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Rinci::AddPrereqs, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Rinci::AddPrereqs

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::Plugin::Rinci::AddPrereqs
