get_idx_daily_trading_summary(): Implement paging because turns out the server only returns 500 records at a time, not 1000.

To install Finance::SE::IDX, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Finance::SE::IDX

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Finance::SE::IDX
