Changes for version 0.21 - 2015-07-04

Replace option category with categories to allow putting an option to multiple categories (multiple 'category:Foo' tags), the old 'category' key is still supported for sometime.

From Rinci function metadata, generate structure convenient for producing CLI documentation (help/usage/POD)

To install Perinci::Sub::To::CLIDocData, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Perinci::Sub::To::CLIDocData

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Perinci::Sub::To::CLIDocData
