Changes for version 0.68 - 2016-10-27

[dist] Bump prereq version Perinci::To::POD to 0.81 to grok 'hidden' & 'hidden-mod' in argument spec tags.
Remove code that hides arguments with 'hidden' tags because this is already done by Perinci::Sub::To::CLIDocData 0.28+.

Insert stuffs to POD from Rinci metadata

To install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Weaver::Plugin::Rinci
