Changes for version 0.242 - 2018-03-21

[Incompatible change] [ux] Default output to STDERR instead of STDOUT, like logging.
Observe PROGRESS_TERM_BAR and PROGRESS environment variables to allow disabling or force-enabling progress output.
[opt] No need to add extra color reset.

Output progress to terminal as color bar

To install Progress::Any::Output::TermProgressBarColor, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Progress::Any::Output::TermProgressBarColor

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Progress::Any::Output::TermProgressBarColor
