Changes for version 0.23 - 2016-07-08

Add option: allow_is_recursive.
Make it possible to disallow modules that are already loaded, e.g. strict, warnings, Config, etc.
[doc] Mention File::Which::Patch::Hide.

To install lib::filter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm lib::filter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install lib::filter
