        * Changed packaging.  Basically, 'make test' should stop failing.

	* Made SCRIPT tag into 'kill'.  So, javascript is now completely

	* Due to above, I believe html2latex works perfectly in windows

	* Changed handler routine paramater order and got rid of $content_ref.
	* Split html2latex.pl into 2 files.
	* Created the library HTML::Latex with the important method html2latex.
	* Ported the conversion of images to ImageMagick (boy was that easy; why did I ever use convert?).
	* Changed all calls to $html_element->content to $html_element->content_list to deal with undef's (requires HTML::Tree .68).
	* Changed get_uri and store_uri a lot.  
	* Moved all test files in the emphamis "t" directory and named them in some coherent manner.
	* Removed useless documentation and added more usefull documentation in the code.
	* Improved the information printed by &texify when using $option{debug}.
	* Tried to improve <PRE> and <CODE> behavior.  I don't know what to make it do.  It's sort of difficult.
	* Fixed the <LI> bug.
	* Added an HTML-style paragraph option (no indent and 1 line paragraph spacing).
	* Altered default behavior of \[sub]section to \[sub]section*.
	* Changed call to texify from array of parents to single parent (more efficient and also can check try attributes).
	* Added the command-line and config-file option to ban (ignore certain tags.)
	* Fixed "^" bug.
	* Made relative local IMG sources work correcly.  At least, I
	hope.  All this local/network absolute/relative crap is getting on
	my nerves.  It never seems to work correctly.
	* Created several testing scripts and examples.

	* You can now hand it a URL instead of a file if you have the
          URI and LWP modules.
	* You can now give it IMP tags with IMGs with URLs
	  if you have the URI and LWP modules.
	* Deleted use of Data::Dump, so it's not required anymore.

	* Added EM tag.
	* Fixed all bold tags.
	* Fixed all italisize tags.
	* Fixed all special tex characters.
	* Added DT,DD,and DL tags.
	* Added &option_handler, the most flexible of all handlers.
	* Fixed extra padding around elements.
	* html2latex ignores comments now.
	* when using the pdf option, the pdflatex output is put in the correct directory
