Changes for version 0.07

Implement NAME attribute flag; allows attribute handling functions to know the name of the function they are being applied to

declare and retrieve named attributes about CODE references

To install Attribute::Storage, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Attribute::Storage

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Attribute::Storage
