Changes for version 0.23

Implement on_request as a normal IO::Async::Notifier-style event, so it works as a subclass too

use FastCGI with IO::Async

a single active FastCGI request

To install Net::Async::FastCGI, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::Async::FastCGI

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::Async::FastCGI
