CHANGES
- Handle the multiple-backtick version of fixed-width
- Permit extension syntax by subclassing
- Added `String::Tagged::Markdown::HFM` to handle HedgeDoc extensions
- Swap all unit tests from `Test::More` to `Test2::V0`
