MooseX-Getopt-Usage

Changes for version 0.12_01

Re-working of test suite to call exe using the perl that ran the test to try and fix cpantesters failures.
Rename test exes to *.pl for windows compat.

Extend MooseX::Getopt with usage message and man page generated from attribute meta and POD.

pod2text duties for MooseX::Getopt::Usage.

Add man page (generated from POD) option.

To install MooseX::Getopt::Usage, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MooseX::Getopt::Usage

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MooseX::Getopt::Usage
