Changes for version 1.09

  • Sync with Math-BigInt distribution now that Math::BigInt->new("X") no longer returns a NaN, but returns 0, just like CORE::hex("X").
  • Update Makefile.PL.
  • Add MANIFEST.SKIP file based on the template in the ExtUtils-Manifest distribution.
  • Reorganize existing test files and add more test files.
  • Add MANIFEST.SKIP file.
  • Format CHANGES according to CPAN::Changes::Spec. Add test file t/release-cpan-changes.t.
