Changes for version 0.06 - 2014-05-15

Fix build bug where Win32::Shortcut is installed but no desktop icon for the MSYS GUI installer.

Tools required for GNU style configure scripts on Windows

To install Alien::MSYS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::MSYS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::MSYS
