Alien-MSYS2-0.02

Changes for version 0.02 - 2017-01-13

MSYS2 is properly setup on a share install
GNU make is installed as part of a share install
share install will only happen if it is requested (set ALIEN_INSTALL_TYPE to share) since MSYS2 is a large package
Alien::MSYS2->bin_dir works for system install

Tools required for autogen scripts in Windows (MSYS2)

To install Alien::MSYS2, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::MSYS2

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::MSYS2
