release-blog.pl [<version>] release-blog.pl --help|-h
This script prepares the list of changes from the CHANGES file and adds links to any tickets referenced in the commit.
Optional. The version to use. Defaults to the latest release.

To install ETL::Yertl, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
cpanm
cpanm ETL::Yertl
CPAN shell
perl -MCPAN -e shell install ETL::Yertl
