Changes for version 1.01

[critial] The first fix from version 0.03 incorrectly included printf style formatting in the strftime format string. As a result the module would fail pre-install tests. This has been corrected.
[normal] This distro has been stable for me since Jan 07, a 1 has been added to the version number.
[trivial] Cleaned up the broken =over ... =back Pod list
[trivial] Added a bunch of additional information to the Pod documentation, including a link to the RT queue.

PerlIO layer for prefixing current time to log output

To install PerlIO::via::Logger, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm PerlIO::via::Logger

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install PerlIO::via::Logger
