Changes for version 1.33 - 2016-01-07

BUGFIX
- When framework version is only OTRS5 the old OTRS3 utils module was loaded, now it loads the necessary OTRS4 utils module

Build .sopm file based on metadata

To install OTRS::OPM::Maker::Command::sopm, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm OTRS::OPM::Maker::Command::sopm

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install OTRS::OPM::Maker::Command::sopm
