Changes for version 1.24

MANIFEST spec allows whitespaces in filenames (when enclosed in single quotes) this was not parsed correctly (see [#67334]). Fixed now - Thanks to JWEIGEL

To install Test::CheckManifest, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::CheckManifest

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::CheckManifest
