Merge changes from Pod::Cpandoc 0.12 and 0.13:
- specifically request POD from metacpan, unless -m (Thomas Sibley++) https://github.com/sartak/pod-cpandoc/pull/7
- add -c for reading the Changes of a dist (requested by many users) https://github.com/sartak/pod-cpandoc/issues/2
Use .pod files if they exist in minicpan

perldoc that works for modules you don't have installed

To install Pod::Minicpandoc, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Pod::Minicpandoc

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Pod::Minicpandoc
