open DATA handles both :raw and :bytes to avoid content munging on Win32 (thanks, Kenichi Ishigaki!)
This is not yet a perfect solution for Win32.

read multiple hunks of data out of your DATA section

To install Data::Section, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Data::Section

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Data::Section
