silence an uninitalized value warning
avoid allowing non-Latin digits in numbers
add new functions build_content_type() and build_content_disposition

Parse and build a MIME Content-Type or Content-Disposition Header

To install Email::MIME::ContentType, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Email::MIME::ContentType

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Email::MIME::ContentType
