build fake dists for testing CPAN tools

in lib/ExtUtils/FakeMaker/Dist.pm

in lib/ExtUtils/FakeMaker/File.pm

in lib/ExtUtils/FakeMaker/Heavy.pm

in lib/ExtUtils/FakeMaker/Module.pm

in lib/ExtUtils/FakeMaker/Package.pm

To install ExtUtils::FakeMaker, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm ExtUtils::FakeMaker

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install ExtUtils::FakeMaker
