Changes for version 1.14

Addressed threading code for non-threaded Perls, at install instead of runtime. Build.PL and MakeMaker.PL actually physically removes the code reporting on thread-specific information.

To install Debug::Easy, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Debug::Easy

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Debug::Easy
