Changes for version 0.04 - 2010-05-15

Added command line options --dumptilelist and --loadtilelist to downloadosmtiles.pl to read and write the list of tiles selected for download.
Portability fix in the test scripts.

To install Geo::OSM::Tiles, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Geo::OSM::Tiles

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Geo::OSM::Tiles
