String::CP1251 version 0.01

This module provides string functions like lc or uc that also operate on
CP1251-encoded strings. Those functions are optimized for speed and
intended to be used when you need to process big amount of CP1251
data.

INSTALLATION

To install this module type the following:

   perl Makefile.PL
   make
   make test
   make install
