Changes for version 0.3

Added missing tests to distribution.
Updated test-cases to use in-memory SQLite database, with the hope this will fix test-cases on Microsoft Windows.

Redis-Compatible module which writes to SQLite.

To install Redis::SQLite, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Redis::SQLite

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Redis::SQLite
