Changes for version 0.22 - 2005-05-08

added isStandardForm(), insertFiller() and getSyllableType().
added t/filler.t, t/std.t and t/type.t.
hangul.h (now removed) is integrated into Util.xs.
(perl 5.8.1 or later) improved utf8 upgrade of non-POK (private POK) values like tied scalars, overloaded objects, etc.
added META.yml.

To install Lingua::KO::Hangul::Util, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Lingua::KO::Hangul::Util

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Lingua::KO::Hangul::Util
