applied big patch by Lars Thegler <lars@@thegler_.dk> to make pack and unpack templates perl5.005_03 compatible. Caught bugs in decode_outbind_v34(), encode_query_sm(), encode_query_sm_resp() and replace_sm() --Sampo

cpanm Net::SMPP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::SMPP
