Changes for version 1.05

  • Add offset and alignment properties to lines (rivers, trails).
  • Fix viewbox coordinates, which is important if your map doesn't start with 0101.
  • Upgraded the Gnomeyland icons to CC BY SA 4.0 because 3.0 is problematic.
  • Fix UTF-8 output for the render command.
  • Don't print z coordinates 00.
