FIXES
- Better handle case when common options like --help, --list, --version clash with function arguments with the same name. Now the behavior is to invoke common action (like help, version), unless --action=subcommand is specified, where it will set function arguments instead. Note that this is a non-issue when none of the function arguments happen to have names of 'help', 'list', 'version', etc.
