INCOMPATIBLE CHANGES
- Change common option: --list (-l) to --subcommand to make it more obvious.
ENHANCEMENTS
- Reduce startup overhead by caching wrapping result (Perinci::Access::Perl 0.50 supports disk_cache option).
- More tweaks on --help (as well as --subcommands output).
- Observe PERINCI_CMDLINE_COLOR_THEME.
- Colorize error messages, help, and --subcommand output.
DOCUMENTATION
- Document how utf8 output and logging output is turned on/off.
- Add French translation. More translations welcome.
- Show list of (popular) subcommands in help message.
