Replace SvIV/SvUV/SvNV with SvIVX/SvUVX/SvNVX where appropriate
Amend _atodecimal() to correctly handle the case where the string begins with '-+'

perl interface to C's _Decimal64 operations.

To install Math::Decimal64, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::Decimal64

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::Decimal64
