Have the Makefile.PL perform a test that works around the brokenness of Bingos' NetBSD smoker(s).
Add nnumflag(), set_nnum() and clear_nnum() functions. Also check for non-numeric strings handed to strtoflt128()..

perl interface to C's (quadmath) __float128 operations

To install Math::Float128, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::Float128

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::Float128
