tweak the alignment conditions in math_float128_include.h to exclude alignment directives for 32-bit mingw-w64 compilers

perl interface to C's (quadmath) __float128 operations

To install Math::Float128, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Math::Float128

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Math::Float128
