Changes for version 0.49

  • skip tests 37 & 38 in t/divby0.t if Math::GMPq version is less than 0.45.
  • Have t/_basic.t print out the Math::GMPq version (iff Math::GMPq is loadable).
  • Prototype the subroutines listed in 'use subs()'.
  • Catch the case (gmp-6 and earlier only) where the UV arg passed to the *_2exp functions will overflow the mp_bitcnt_t.
