exception handling and retries for forum_login(), get_users(), scrape_forum_common(), forum_logout(), update_users(), update_forum_common()
encode to HTML entities non-ASCII characters in post bodies (solves a unicode issue in perl-5.12)

cpanm WWW::phpBB

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::phpBB
