the documentation was a little wonky, so I cleaned it up nothing much else was changed though.

A simple Date and Time formatting object

To install Date::Formatter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Date::Formatter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Date::Formatter
