Update tests so they use $^X instead of calling perl, as the system perl was being used which has mismatched dependencies when running on CPAN testers (fixes #1)
Added dependency of Module::Installed
Converted over to use Travis-CI.com from .org

To install Syntax::Check, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Syntax::Check

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Syntax::Check
