added graceful exit from Makefile.PL if wiringPi header file is not found (closes #33)(Thanks James Keenan for the report)
EXPORT_TAGS POD did not include all tags (fixes #32)

API for wiringPi, providing access to the Raspberry Pi's board, GPIO and connected peripherals

To install WiringPi::API, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WiringPi::API

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WiringPi::API
