remove _aTHX _pTHX junk from API (will slow down threaded perl, but who gives a fuck)

low-level and very efficient POSIX time/zone functions implementation in C.

To install Time::XS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::XS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::XS
