ingest and save csv and spreadsheet data to a perl data structure to avoid reparsing

To install Spreadsheet::Read::Ingester, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Spreadsheet::Read::Ingester

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Spreadsheet::Read::Ingester
