Features:
Scale to fit when datapoints won't all fit in the window
Switched to Tickit::RenderBuffer
API changes:
char_for_value - this now returns the Unicode codepoint, rather than the character itself.
Bug fixes:
Avoid undef warnings with ->data(1,2,3).
